At Alterislux, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Hygiene Policy For hygiene reasons, shapewear bodysuits and body shapers that have been worn, washed, or have had hygiene seals removed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

How to Request a Return Email us at alterislux.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
